The man who Dan Warbuton accurately describes as the best kept secret in Portuguese Music brings us a new composition, “Swing Ratio”, which he has been presenting over the past few months.

The man who Dan Warbuton accurately describes as the best kept secret in Portuguese Music brings us a new composition, “Swing Ratio”, which he has been presenting over the past few months. According to him, this piece concerns the notion of swing in accordance with a conception which goes beyond rhythm to focus on the ‘nature of each sound’ and on its ‘melodic essence’. On this occasion, he will be accompanied by his perpetual accomplice, Fala Mariam (trombone) and two regular contributors - Bruno Silva (electric guitar) and Luís Desirat (drums and percussion).
